Good news comes from Sunpaper holding Lao Co., Ltd., that the OCC pulp machine supplied by Weifang Hicredit Machinery Co., Ltd. started up successfully on its first test rum on May 18, 2019. This pulp machine is the world's first pulp sheet production line with OCC as the raw material, which is of milestone significance to the development of the waste pulp sheet market in the world.

With width of 4800mm, design speed of 200m/min and annual productivity of 400,000 tons, this pulp machine is the second pulp machine ordered by Sunpaper from Hicredit. The first pulp machine started up in 2011 and is in good running condition.

The pulp machine independently developed and manufactured by Weifang Hicredit Machinery Co., Ltd is composed of headbox, twin wire forming section, press section and hot air dryer, etc. Now more than 30 sets of the pulp machines have been put into operation at home and abroad, with the advantages of low energy consumption, less area occupation and high quality. The pulp machine can adapt to raw materials such as waste pulp, wood pulp, bamboo pulp, bagasse pulp, straw pulp and other raw materials, which can bring high economic benefits to customers.
