Product Description

The stock will be distributed across the machine through a conical header. The header has circular section and parabolic profile in order to assure uniform pressure profile across the machine. Header retraction mechanism by hydraulic cylinders for easy accessibility for inspection and cleaning. All surfaces in contact with stock are polished according to the surface finishing table. The nozzle accelerates the stock to the slice. It consists of an easily replaceable bottom apron bolted to the mail structure and a top apron for slice opening adjustment thanks to a number of mechanical jacks.
